SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the current and applicable personal data protection regulations and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), ISPA INTER IMMO SL informs users that it has created a profile on the social network(s) Facebook, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.

ISPA INTER IMMO SL Details

The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by ISPA INTER IMMO SL, thereby showing interest in the information published on the network. By joining our page, the user gives us consent to process the personal data published on their profile.

The user may at any time access the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

ISPA INTER IMMO SL has access to and processes the public information of the user, in particular their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any processing system.

Publications

Contests and promotions

ISPA INTER IMMO SL reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the user joined to the page may participate. The terms and conditions of each, when the social network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on it. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulation.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

ISPA INTER IMMO SL will use the social network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if it decides to process your contact details for direct commercial prospecting, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of data protection regulations and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the ISPA INTER IMMO SL page to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or be kept informed of its activities will not be considered advertising.
